TEDxNIT Surat: CLAPS, 26th Feb Science Centre, 10am to 6pm

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxNITSurat, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxNITSurat event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
As a part of the golden jubilee celebrations of our college, we present to you, TEDxNITSurat, the first ever TED like experience in surat.
Our theme: CLAPS
The theme has been designed to encompass technology-related ideas conveying ‘Clairvoyance in Technology’, real inspiring stories by achievers ‘At the Acme of the Pyramid’ and exchange of ideas on culture and lifestyle discussing the ‘Paradigm Shift’, abridging the generation gap as they join hands for "CLAPS".
